Caroline and Michael got married in Cardiff and then chose the South Pacific for a once-in-a-lifetime experience

WHY?
When we first met we both answered the question of our dream, once-in-a lifetime holiday as being Bora Bora!

HOW MUCH (ROUGHLY)?
Luckily we have air miles, so our flights were free and we were lucky enough to upgrade to fi rst class, which was a luxury! We actually paid about £7,000 for a £25,000 holiday. The luxurious extras such as swimming with dolphins, lazy days at hotel spas, Champagne, fine dining, breakfasts delivered by canoe and flying between the islands instead of boats were funded through our amazing SendUsPacking gift list.

WHAT DID YOU DO?
The crystal blue waters offer a myriad of pursuits from diving, snorkelling, kayaking, sailing and fishing. Aside from that there are great spas and the food is amazing.

MOST ROMANTIC MOMENT?
Lying on the deck of our water bunaglow, gazing at the stars.

IT’S GREAT FOR HONEYMOONERS BECAUSE…It was simply just me and my husband in paradise, completely removed from stress, worry, noise or any demands. If you want a hopelessly devoted to each other honeymoon, this is the perfect destination and we can thoroughy recommend it.
