Real Life Honeymoon Feature - Far East

Helen & Paul got married on the 8th August 2008 at Quenington, Gloucestershire.
WHERE?We went to Singapore for four days, then Bali for ten days. We booked it through SendUsPacking, which meant our guests could spoil us with luxuries like a private chauffeur to and from our UK airport.
WHEN?
We went two days after our wedding on 10th August 2008
WHY?
We're both well travelled so we wanted something relaxing but full of culture, with lots to do. We chose a twin-centre honeymoon with a city trip followed by a cultural adventure.
WHAT DID YOU DO?
Singapore is full of life and there's so much to see - Little India, China Town and the war memorial. Sentoza Island has everything - beaches, 4D cinema adventure park and luge - and the cable car ride has amazing views. Bali was full of culture with Padi fields, volcanoes, elephant rides, feeding monkeys and dancing shows. We also did a fun cookery course.
MOST ROMANTIC MOMENT?
We went to a fish restaurant on the beach and were serenaded by a musical quartet. A close second was the joint spa day we had, with top-to-toe treatments, paid for by our guests via our SendUsPacking gift list - we were so spoilt!
IT’S GREAT FOR HONEYMOONERS BECAUSE…
It was an amazing adventure to have together with memories that will last forever. Everyone treated us like royalty, eating out was fantastic and there was plenty to do - or we could just relax!
