Location:
The Fairmont Southampton stands in 100 acres on Bermuda’s highest point in Southampton Parish with spectacular views of Little Sound to the north and the south shore beaches.

45 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes by private ferry to Hamilton.

Accommodation:
593 spacious rooms, all with TV, air-conditioning, coffee maker and mini bar.

The Fairmont Rooms have balconies looking towards the gardens or harbour; Deluxe Rooms have a balcony with views over the ocean, harbour or golf course while the spacious Junior Suites have a sitting area and an ocean or harbour view.

We especially recommend the Fairmont Gold rooms and suites - as well as being luxuriously furnished, they offer guests dedicated check in, a private lounge for relaxation and complimentary continental breakfast, refreshments, hors d’oeuvres and concierge service daily.

Facilities:
Six restaurants and bars offer a variety of dining styles, cocktails and entertainment. Jacket and tie is required in some restaurants.

Outdoor and indoor heated pools, 6 tennis courts, beach club, shopping arcade and regular complimentary ferry service to Hamilton.

The resort’s private trolley bus transports guests between the private beach club, golf course, ferry port and restaurants.

The Willow Stream Spa and Fitness Centre boasts 15 treatment rooms, indoor pool with waterfalls and gardens and two Jacuzzis.

There are excellent facilities for children including a playroom and playground (with volleyball, putting green, croquet, tennis and basketball) plus free daily supervised programmes by age group from 9am - 5pm and supervised evening activities 5 nights per week from 6.30pm - 10.30pm for children aged 7 yrs or older.

Guests can also enjoy the facilities at the newly refurbished Fairmont Hamilton Princess, a short ferry ride away.
