This is the page where you choose who to tell about your gift list, enter email addresses, and write the note that gets sent out to let everyone know how to view and contribute towards your gift list.

Use this text box to write your personal invitation message. When you’ve written your message click the 'Save' button.

Click this button to open a printable version of your invitation (opens in a new window). The printed invitation also describes the ways your friends and family can make a contribution online and offline.

This area displays the URL (website address) for your online gift list and gives the password that your friends and family need so that they can view the list and make a contribution.

Enter the name and email address of the person you’d like to add to your contacts list. When you click the 'Add email to list' button they will be added to your contact list shown below. Repeat this process for each contact you’d like to add.

If you have an email account with any of these companies (hotmail, live, msn, yahoo, gmail, aol and myspace), enter your email address and password to access your address book. This is a very simple way of importing lots of contacts into your contact list quickly and easily.

You’ll see your list of contacts in the table. Click either 'edit' to edit an existing contact or 'delete' to delete an existing contact from your contact list.

Once you are happy with your message and all your contacts click 'Send email'. The SendUsPacking email system will send out your personal invitations for you. You can come back and add contacts to your list at any time.
